« Both bedrooms and the bathroom are up a very steep stairway. The WiFi is spotty. We had to kill several giant house spiders (one on my bath towel) The beds were very hard. The location was great, close to Michigan Tech, Quincy Mine and it was a gorgeous drive to Copper Harbor. »

« This is a great place for a couple to stay! Very nicely decorated and super clean, Carl had nice touches throughout including an extra toothbrush if needed, a hair dryer, a lint roller and a steam iron. We appreciated the well stocked coffee bar with snacks too! We did not love the mattress, but we have a sleep number at home so we must be harder to please. The location was great for exploring the Keweenaw and visiting our son at MTU. Thanks Carl! »

« We stayed at this house (duplex) while I had work meetings near Hancock, and my husband and his family took in the sites (Houghton/Hancock, Copper Harbor, Quincy Mine, waterfalls, and rock hunting). We had one minor issue with the TV and the host was very responsive, with the issue resolved the next day. We were in town for some very hot weather, followed by Canadian wildfires, and the house had window air conditioning units and fans to help keep the space comfortable while mitigating the smoky...

« It simply does not get more romantic or luxurious than the eagle river lighthouse. Virginia Cole is more than reliable, she is proactive, making sure that every little thing is right with your stay from the minute you decide to book until the morning you must sadly check out. You may have some sticker shock but you get what you pay for and more at the Eagle River lighthouse. »
